Memory Care
Here at Oakwood Village, we know that when someone is suffering from the progressive stages of memory loss, they will need continued support and assistance. We also understand that each case is uniquely different and deserves the utmost attention and care.
Residents will receive personalized care focusing on creating appropriate treatment options, monitoring treatment effectiveness as progression occurs, exploring alternatives, and creating individual goals for treatment and tolerance. Medication reminder and physical therapy programs are part of the wonderful care they will receive from our 24-hour staff and personal assistants.

Memory Care residents get to avail themselves of all the great amenities and services our community has to offer along with daily meals, and personalized services. Residents will enjoy customized activities geared towards each resident’s unique needs along with supervised outings, social program and activities, exercise programs, and housekeeping and laundry service.
